The TOEFL is an internationally accredited and globally standardised English language test, designed and distributed by ETS.

Internationally, the test is accepted and acknowledged by a multitude of universities, institutions and companies as an official language certificate. It is predominantly used by students and persons who plan a stay abroad or who wish to study in a foreign country. As a licensed test centre, Sprachenakademie Aachen offers this examination several times per month. ETS itself is entirely responsible for the registration procedure as well as the organisation of the exam; Sprachenakademie Aachen cannot influence these processes.
You can register for the exam via the ETS website or by phone (0031-320-239-540). Dates which are already fully booked do not appear on the website. The application deadline will be communicated by ETS. Candidates are advised to register as early as possible.
Exam Format and Grading
The internet-based TOEFL examination includes the 4 key language skills of speaking, reading, listening and writing. All four examination sections will take place on the same day.

The test is taken online, followed by a centralised and rapid evaluation by ETS. Candidates will receive their test results online 6 days after the exam.
