All Sprachwinter participants are invited to take part in our cultural and recreational programme in addition to their scheduled classes. The programme is free of charge (additional costs may be incurred for bus travel within Aachen and Berlin and food and drink during events). We also offer our students city trips to the European capitals Amsterdam and Paris. These fascinating tours are optional and incur additional costs. Read on to discover more about our leisure programme.

Take your German learning outside the classroom – your leisure time is a great opportunity to use and improve your language skills and learn a lot about our course locations Aachen and Berlin in the process. In Aachen:

  • Welcome meeting

  • Walk to the border triangle between Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands
  • German movie nights

On two weekends during the Aachener Sprachwinter we will offer excursions to European capitals outside Germany.
The European city trips are optional and incur additional fees. You can register for the European City trips at a later point of time after having booked your course. We will inform you when the registration period for the trips begins.
