telc Deutsch B2-C1 Medizin is a telc examination for doctors from abroad who seek a proof of their advanced German language proficiency. Language competence in the field of medicine is tested at levels B2 - C1ABOUT PROFICIENCY LEVELS:

Depending on the result you aim for, we recommend sitting the exam after at least 700 (B2ABOUT PROFICIENCY LEVELS:

) hours of German language instruction. Examinees should also have acquired technical language skills.

Sprachenakademie is a licensed telc examination centre. At the time being we offer the telc Deutsch B2-C1 Medizin exam for groups of four people or more. Due to organisational reasons, we can unfortunately not accept applications of single persons. As the registration deadlines set by telc must be met, group registrations must be requested at least 40 days in advance.  The examination fee amounts to €160 (registration fee included) per person.

Exam format and grading

The telc Deutsch B2-C1 Medizin examination consists of a written and an oral section. The written section is three hours in duration and includes the sub-sections listening comprehension, use of language, reading comprehension and written expression.

The oral examination is about 45 minutes long and can take place on the same day as the written exam, if desired.
