We attach great importance to highly qualified counselling and customer service – as much before as during the courses.
Whereas our course counselling is accomplished by our consultants who are experts as far as language courses are concerned, preStep, an affiliated company, is in charge of a multitude of additional services, enabling participants to plan their stay in Germany, supporting them with their first orientation as well as helping them to become acquainted with the German culture. The services offered by preStep are equally apt for future participants still residing abroad as well as for participants already living in Aachen.

preStep gladly takes care of arranging lodging for our participants and also offers  support with respect to handling a multitude of formalities that arise during the first weeks of your stay.
